Endometriosis

does anyone here have endometriosis? I have really really bad period cramps, always have, and I'm on the pill to help with them but it doesn't actually help. I also get stomach pains really often. for a while I've been thinking that I could possibly have it but I recently had sex for the first time and it really hurt, which is what made me think about it again, because painful sex is a common symptom of endometriosis. I know it's common to have some pain the first time but it was really quite bad and lasted for several days afterwards, and it wasn't because I wasn't wet or he wasn't gentle enough. if any of you have endometriosis, do u think I could have it? and is there really basically no way to enjoy sex if you do?
