Aliens and ghosts?

So my dad has been sectioned for three months and has finally been released, he was put away for psychosis. He believes aliens, ghosts and orbs follow him, and he just sent through some photos he's taken...what do you think?

Those are demons. I had that at one time too. I went through my stuff I had bought at some garage sales that past weekend and found a book I had bought actually was demonistic and it stopped when I got rid of it. 
Demons target people with mental illnesses. Not all but some. And I believe the horrific stories they tell because it is something I completely believe exists

We've been putting people away that we don't understand for centuries. It's sad really:( if they're not a danger to someone they shouldn't be in there.

Spirts, ghosts, orbs are totally real btw.  I'd like to say aliens too but I've never experienced  them so I can say for sure,  The rest I have and know they are indeed real.

People who have mental disorders are more prone to be followed by "spirits" and such because they feed off of the negative aura coming from the lows of the illness. I'm bipolar and i can tell you in all honesty that i have seen some shit and when people were around me during the lows, they also saw and experienced the things that i thought were just hallucinations. Mind you a lot of the time i never said anything to them to let on that i knew something was going on. I always waited for them to ask if i felt something or saw whatb
they saw thats how i knew it wasn't just me. The stronger the negatives are the more the spirits are able to reach out to other people from using your energy. Now there are also these orbs and such that follow you to protect you from negative entities trying to feed off the energy too. I'm very spiritual and pretty in tune with whats around me. Also, I know a great many things about psychology and disorders as well because of my career and degrees. People either think I'm super smart or that I'm insane lol. It's all about what you open your third eye into witnessing. When you open yourself welcomingly, you'll see.

That's so sad to hear just becuase someone else doesn't believe or doesn't think it's really who are they to judge. I truly believe in ghosts never really thought about aliens tbh but I dnt see how you can just brush it off when so many people in the world has said they have seen them. If he was a danger to himself or others fine I get it but I defo beeline in ghosts and I believe that certain people have the eye to see or hear them

Wow. The first two pictures look like the same being. I took one look at them and just felt it in my bones- those are demons.
Demons are terrifying. When I was in college I had several encounters with demons. He (the demon) would speak to me through my own mouth, but it wasn't my own voice that I would hear- it was his. He would laugh at me  and say horrible things. 
I haven't had any encounters with this demon for a few years, I don't know what changed. 
I don't think your dad is crazy.

Have you tried reverse image searching the second one?  It's very different from the other two, could he have found it online and saved it?

With that being said, I am a huge skeptic.  However, my house is haunted by something. We have had ghost investigators out, a priest...it's very creepy.

Are these picture that he has taken himself? I dont think I've ever seen anything like it. The first pic weirds me out the most.
Maybe you don't believe in God but I would look into things you can do to stop it...

Ghosts? Oh yeah those are for sure real. There's been far too many experiences with people to call them fake. Now aliens? Nahhh I don't think so. I think there's extra terrestrial life outside of our galaxy, but nothing that has yet made a visit to earth
