Problems

Hello everyone, I've been dealing with IVF fertility for about two and a half months. Now I just found out on Monday that I was pregnant. But I've been spitting on and off since Saturday 4/23/16 and it's been six days now and I'm so frustrated with it. It doesn't flow like a period but I do spot and then it goes away. Then Wednesday I went to get my HCG levels check and found out my number went from 199-127. That was a major drop and I'm so beyond worried. Every two to three days I get blood work done to check my levels and our HCG is supposed to double to a high number instead of dropping. Tomorrow is I go back to have my levels checked and Gods willing I'm praying my number increase. But I'm so early in the pregnancy, I'm only 2weeks and 5days. Does anyone have any advice to give or had a similar situation like mines with a good out come?
