Well I voted 18 weeks. But I would say 27 or 30 weeks because your close to your due date. And than you'll have a lot more to enjoy and plan for without any worries

I started buying things around 10 weeks and set up our nursery at 14 weeks. I'm now 25+4 and haven't gotten much else done haha besides buying clothes and a few decorations. 
I'm glad we started early though, we had to move my husband's gameroom into our sun room and then set up the nursery. So we spent 12 hours busting our asses to get everything done and I could barely walk the next day. I'm just glad the big stuff is out of the way, because now I'd be so miserable setting that stuff up!
