Help ?

I started to miscarry at 3 weeks pregnant on Monday and the cramps and bleeding have been sooo bad and the nausea and almost fainting isn't helping much either . I was wondering if any of you ladies would know when the pain and bleeding would stop ? I would have asked my doctor when I went on Tuesday but I was too shattered to talk . Going through this really isn't easy at all 😓 any advice ladies ?
