What are signs of a miscarriage??

Been TTC for a month maybe more. I believe I'm going through a miscarriage at this moment...😣 went to the doctor but all he did was a pelvic exam and said I was bleeding from my uterus and sent me out the door no tests or anything and no questions answered. If it doesn't stop I'm going to the hospital but someone please help..this would be my first pregnancy..

I was only 2 and a half - possibly 3 weeks and I was bleeding heavily and I had cramps so bad that I couldn't walk and I was fainting and throwing up . I went to the doctors and they did the same thing simply because there is nothing they can do .. Which sucks . They didn't even give me any information . The cramps have settled down a little but I'm still bleeding . I'm so sorry for your loss Hun . I know how you feel 😣 hopefully the hospital can help you ?
