Dream about falling in love with another man

Please help me figure out what this means!! I have a boyfriend of 7 months and I love him very much. He's honestly the sweetest guy in the whole world so I feel guilty feeling this way. Yesterday I was having an awful day for so many reasons (frustrated because I have a concussion, dog had to have a surgery for cancer, etc.) and I was having a hard time accepting affection from him. I was just in a pissy mood with him. Every time he would call me "love" or anything like that I wanted to scream!! As the night went on I felt better about us and it was like it was back to normal.
