Need some advice.

Ok so I'm 5 +2 & I'm not wanting to tell anyone yet. I had a miscarriage over a year ago. I don't want to tell because of that. I'm also very scared to go to the doc because of what happened. I know I need to go because I'm considered high risk. But I don't drive & to get to the bus stop is a long way. Should I tell the person that gives me rides or just wait until my car is fixed? I have no clue how long it's going to take to be fixed & I know I need to be seen soon. Please any help will be accepted.
