I have salmonella. Still not feeling well. Diarrhea, achy body, fever....

This is the first weekend in a while my husband and I have off together and we had plans on doing yard work. Now he's bitching at me telling me to suck it up and come help him... I am sore and ache. I'm starving cause I can't eat. I'm dehydrated as well. (I also worked this past week cause I can't afford to miss work)

Would you go help? Am I just being "lazy"? Has anyone ever had salmonella? I feel like kicking his ass cause when he has a little cold, he's tied up in bed but when I have this, I'm expected to do. Everything normally.

Man screw that, I had salmonella and it was THE WORST!!! I ended up in the ER with a fever of 106!! I had diarrhea, I could not keep food or water down. My blood pressure was so extremely low, I felt like I couldn't walk and my body ached something awful!! I felt like i was dying. You're definitely not lazy, you need to sleep it off! He should understand that!! Hope you feel better!
