Cheating bf rant

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and at 20weeks me and my boyfriend had am argument and he went to a club and kissed a girl. He was obviously sorry about it and begged for me back and I forgave him after a few days because I love him and don't want to do this on my own. We had an agreement that clubs were a no go till the Trust was built up again. Well it's 1am and he said he was going to the local pub (which I have no problems with as having been there myself, there's nothing to worry about) only to be told he's at another club completely drunk and I can't shake this feeling that he's done something else. It's breaking my heart sitting here waiting and not knowing.
