I forgot my cup!

So this weekend I went North to our cottage and I figured since AF wasn't due till this Wednesday I wouldn't need my Diva Cup.  Upon waking up Saturday morning I saw spotting.  I thought maybe it would take a day or two and I would get home to my Cup in one piece.  Nope!  I had to break down and by pads.... First time in years! May I just say I still HATE them! Horrible things stink and stick to everything.  I had to throw one away because it stuck to itself before it could get it in place.  Then I got home this morning and ran to the loving embrace of my diva cup only to have the pad fold back and trash my underwear.  It was like a last slap in the face!  From now on I will stash my cup a week ahead of time in my purse!!   Oh also, AF is the heaviest it has been in years, so yes my Diva Cup shortens my period and keeps my sane! Moisture wicking my butt, all they do it make you bleed more!
