Sharp pain in lower abdomen after clipping nails

This is kind of embarrassing but I'm now nervous I squished my baby. I was bent over clipping my toe nails and when I sat up, I had a sharp pain around my lower abdomen and uterus. It went away after about 30 seconds but all I could think of was "omg I squished my baby!!" Has this happened to anyone else!? I seem fine now but it probably wasn't smart to sit like I did and I'm worried. I'm only 15 weeks but baby is big enough now.
