Almost done shopping

I'm 13 weeks and were so excited to be almost some shopping. All I have left to get is some nursing bras, socks for baby, burp cloths, a couple more thick blankets, and to put money back for diapers and wipes. Thinking about having more of a diaper shower than baby shower. Is that normal to do?

We had to have so much help with my first pregnancy because of unforseen circumstances so we went a little crazy wanting to do it all ourselves this time. It was unexpected so we had to start from scratch.
