Cramping sharp pain in my tummy HELP!

I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant with my second child. Earlier I felt a sharp pain in the middle of my stomach. It now hurts really bad to where I can't move. I also have kinda light cramps. I'm not bleeding and wondering if this is normal? My first pregnancy was a breeze. This one I'm nauseated all the time. I throw up several times today. Please just let me know if this is normal...
