please help

Can someone please tell me what this is or might be and what i can do to fix it? Im only 14 and a virgin and this hurts when i walk and sit down. its like an inch and a half away from my vagina it really hurts idk what to do ive never been to a gyno and im not really close with my mom so i cant tell her please help.
