What's the difference between pregnancy symptom and pms? I'm so confuses!!

I didn't notice a difference until I didn't get my period and still had the symptoms.

They are exactly the same :/ when I first found this app I started analyzing my body more and noticed symptoms about AF I hadn't noticed before. So convinced it must be a sign of being pregnant.Dont  drive yourself crazy like I did. It will wear on you shortly.
