Mucus Plug question

I know we have seen a million of these threads and questions, I try to avoid the ones with pictures... but here's mine.

When I went to the bathroom I wiped and there was this decently think mucus that with pink or blood tinted. It wasn't a lot maybe 3 inches long and thin amount. I don't think that's the full thing but was wondering if this might be the start of the end for me?

I am 37 and half weeks along, dilated 2 cm and 50% effaced. My mother in law thinks baby will be here by this weekend I think she's crazy and I have more time.

What's your advice?

Could that be part of my plug? Do you think baby is coming soon? I know we can't know for sure just curious.
