Help advice

I have abdominal period like cramps and some burning when I pee. The doctor already tested my urine and blood and no uti or kidney infection. Idk what this could be???! Should I go back and see if maybe it's something else. And btw it's not std I got tested already

**my pain is after I pee or the ending of the pee that I feel pain.

I read online it could be kidney stone or problem with prostate? Has anyone had pain the symptoms I'm describing
