Adderall? Anyone else?

So I was on 30mg of adderal before I got pregnant I have ADD pretty bad and have a really hard time staying focused and motivated.. I obviously quit cause it's not safe for my baby.. Anyone know of any natural things I can take to kinda replace the adderall?!

I also took 30mg XR everyday. Stopped when I found out it wasn't safe. I asked my doctor she said she didn't know of anything that was safe for me to take :/ If you find anything out please share. I have the hardest time getting things done. It's been affecting my performance at work, my boss even mentioned something to me. I wish I could get him to understand what it's like to not be able to focus on anything?!?

I would go to a naturopathic doc , they can really help u with that. I use one and I got something natural for my anxiety .

I had to stop taking Adderall when I found out also. B12 is a decent alternative, but honestly, pregnancy brain is going to take over anyway so you might as well just make a lot of lists and ride it out. 😅

I know that b12 is good and I've read a few other things BUT it was in a book and i don't remember. I'd go online or to.your library and look up books that are geared towards natural vs medicating things such as ADD. Another to keep in mind is food that have dyes in them. I am careful of those things with my son who struggles with attention issues. Good luck mama.
