No sugar/ low carb diet.....

So at my appointment today I have gained 20lbs in the past 4 weeks.... I realize that that is not healthy so no judgement there please. My ob suggested that I cut out sugar and do low carbs to safety lose/ maintain weight in this last trimester. I have gained 40lbs overall. Does anyone have any good food suggestions... Especially sweet snacks as those are what I am craving right now. I have tried just plain fruit and veggies but I need variety. Please and thank you!!!
