5weeks 4days Pregnant been spotting like this when I wipe since early this morning and have had intense cramps. Is this normal? Should I do to the hospital? I do not have a doctor yet.

Go to the er a little spotting may be normal but it can also mean a miscarriage o would go just to be sure

They let me know it was a threatened miscarriage because of the bleeding but everything does look okay on the ultrasound and blood tests they are sending me home and said to take it easy.
