Help Again Ladies lol

So my vest friend went for her anatomy scan yesterday. And the us tech told her it looks like a vajj but where the umbilical cord was between the baby's leg as well she couldnt see if it was hiding boy parts. But for most part its look like a vagina. So she wants to start buying for the baby but don't know if to buy girlie things or unisex things any suggestions as to what she can do please. Its needed.
