Hypothyroid & TTC

So, this might be a long shot, but a chiropractor told me today that I have signs of hypothyroidism. Something about a certain spot in my neck being tight so that could mean it's pinching the nerves that help the thyroid function or something of that sort? My last blood pressure at the walk in clinic was 85/55 (it's usually very low), I have dry skin on my legs ALWAYS and it seems like I lose hair like crazy. My dad and my grandpa both have hypothyroidism. So it's likely that I could have it.
