Nervous about preterm labor

I'm nervous I'm in the beginning stages of pre term labor. I've been having diarrhea for the last two days. Along with Braxton hicks and nausea. I went to the bathroom tonight and wiped and had some blood. I did call my dr. And was told to track my Contractions and to monitor the amount of blood (if more comes) and to go to the hospital if it worsens. Im a first time mom and I'm not sure what contractions feel like! Plus I'm only 25 weeks. Baby boy needs to keep cooking!  Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any advice?
