What's going on..? TMI no pic

Question

FTM, first pregnancy. So I'm due this month and I'm an extremely irregular person. I usually only have a bowel movement every 3-5 sometimes up to 7 days, it's how I've always been. I also have very hard stools and often need to use stool softeners to go. The past three days I've had extremely soft (not diarrhea) bowel movements. 
A few days ago I also lost my mucus plug with no bloody show. 
I also dropped a few days ago. Ever since I dropped I've felt extremely out of it, just not like myself. 
I constantly have back pain but no contractions or stomach tightening at all.
My baby's movements decreased within the last week to week in a half. What could be going on?

I used to have the same problems with my bowels and it ended up being my gall bladder. u should have your doc Check it out. I lucked up and found a doc at the urgent care tht saw something wrong because no one else ever saw anything.  He said my bilirubin levels were high in my urine and tht led to the gall bladder diagnosis.  Please have them check that because that is a terrible feeling i remember it all too well.
