Any women who had a coed baby shower?

If so, how was it? How many guests and any recommendations on anything?

Like games, food, etc
OHH AND what party favors and prizes did you give out? That I'm completely stuck on!

Some fun games you can play at a coed baby shower are diaper toss, just a rolled up diaper and a hoop. Feed the baby game. The person feeding the "baby" is blindfolded and the person playing baby must eat all the baby food to win. Baby items price is right, you have a bunch of items at the front of the room and everyone guesses the correct price whoever is closest wins. And don't say baby is always a good ongoing one throughout the shower. Another fun one to do is "Late Night Diapers" where guests write funny messages like (sh!t happens) or (isn't it daddy's turn?) on the diapers so when it comes to changing them in the late hours you can have a few laughs. This is what we are doing :) baby showers don't have to be girly...

I'm having 2 co-ed showers (one for my family and one for his). They are both going to be laid back BBQ style gatherings -- I'm not really planning any games other than a diaper raffle. I am going to put together some nice baskets to raffle off with bottles of wine, candles, lotions, etc. I think we are also going to get some baby shower cigars for the guys to enjoy with their drinks -- most of the men on both sides are occasional cigar smokers and will enjoy sharing that with my husband. We are expecting about 60 guests at each shower -- I will open gifts in front of everyone to appease the women who prefer a traditional baby shower, but it's mostly going to be a social gathering for everyone to hang out and enjoy some great food. No games, no awkward-ness. It's hard to organize for that many people, so the less activities we have planned, the better.

I haven't had mine yet but I'm hoping it goes great. We're doing a bbq so the guys would feel welcome aswell. As for games, we're doing a hunt (kind of like a egg hunt), aswell as a piñata, limbo with a balloon under the shirt as a fake belly, and a few more. Then for the food, we're doing a mix of items Bc I come from an Asian background and my SO is Mexican. So we're gonna serve eggrolls, tamales, jalapeño poppers, bbq ribs, hamburgers, sausage/hot dogs. As for dessert, we'll have caramel apples, cake, cupcakes, Rice Krispies treats. Also having a variety of fruit aswell :) hope that gives you a little insight on what you could do!

We had a coed one for my second pregnancy and it was not that fun all the men were complaining about how baby showers are for women. Lol I don't recommend it.

We haven't had ours yet but it's a combined baby shower and diaper party. We're putting together gift baskets for a guy and a girl to do a diaper raffle. For games we are doing the "don't say the word baby" game and a relay race with different events we saw on Pinterest. We are also doing a buzzer when we open gifts and if we are opening a persons gift at the time the buzzer goes off, they win a gift! For food we are doing a variety of salads like fruit salad pasta salad tacos salad etc. and then we will have pizza for the kids.

My sister had a coed shower that turned out great and I really want to as well. I just really think my husband should be there seeing as this isn't just my baby, and it's a time for him to celebrate too. Plus we have some really great guy friends who I think would want to come.

At my sister's the shower games were simple but about the same as one with only women would be..."guess the size of mommy's belly", "how many jellybeans in the jar". Hers was indoors though so there weren't the bbq type games. It was still very nice though.

I haven't had mine yet and I don't know if it will be called coed. We are having one at my husband's sisters house and I'm  sure the guys will come bit they will hang out in the garage and have some drinks.  The girls will stay in the house.  The one I'm going to have at my mums will most likely only be women and children.

I had a coed one and adored it! We had a game in particular where we picked 3 men to be blind folded and race to put a diaper on a doll and it was hilarious and very memorable! All of the games we're coed and of course we made sure we had good food and people were just socializing. It wasn't awkward at all in my opinion.
