Talking to there baby?

Im 19 weeks 4 days and i havent really talked to my belly i read online if u don't he wont know ur voice and can have hearing problems. 
Anyone else not talk to there belly and there baby came out fine.

I presume you're not a mute. Your baby doesn't know if you're talking specifically to it or if you're talking in general.

Your baby is going to hear your voice everytime you talk so dont worry about it. I rarely have talked to my belly its just not something i do. Sometimes ill say good morning or will you calm down when shes pummeling my ribs but to each their own.

I've heard it helps the baby in development, but I'm skeptical on the subject. If you talk TO the baby or not, they'll still recognize your voice when they're born :)

I've never talked to my belly. And both of my kids are just fine. The baby has no idea if you're talking to your belly, yourself, your spouse, or the other drivers on the road. They also don't know what you are saying anyway. I've got no idea where you found a study to say something like that- but those researchers are quacks.

I only talk to the baby during cramps or when the baby is stretching and it hurts me. Like "Hey, I know you're growing in their but please relax a little". But I know the baby hears me talking to my mom and sister daily! Always kicking when they're talking. Always kicking while I sing too! So I don't worry about speaking directly to the baby.

Also your study sounds very made up. I would stay away from non-credibly sourced articles while pregnant! They'll worry you for no good reason and make you sound very dumb. Also use common sense; like if it sounds too crazy to be true and no one else is worried about it you probably shouldn't worry either! Not trying to be rude but just a tip.

You're just fine and so is baby!  Talking to your baby is a relatively new thing and for thousands of years babies have come out fine :).

I started talking to my baby when I could feel her move. Mostly singing. I talk to myself all the time about random stuff so I just started adding her to the convo. We listen to my favorite tunes and I sing to her. She'll be so used to my voice and Bob Marley, Dave Matthews by the times she's born.
