Trying not to think about it

I had my period in April 4th but it lasted for two days only and it was heavy when my period usually lasts for 3-4 days I went to the doctors on friday and I told her about my period and she send me to take a pregnancy test but it came out negative in this app it said I was supposed to have my period and in my calendar said I was supposed to have it today I went yesterday to the clinic and talked to another person and she told me if I don't have my period to go to her to get another pregnancy test done but I feel like I'm not pregnant and that the test is gonna come out negative again I don't know what step to take
