Please dont judge advice please

I need some advice, met my ex for the first time in ages on friday baring in mind he has been abusive throughout breaking up using me for sex whilst meeting other girls lieing to me. Anyway fast forward its friday night im off out with my best friend for dinner and he says we can meet up before hand to chat i look good. I put all my best clothes on and do my hair and hes lovely to me saying he will always love me that he left me because he loved me that he wont want anyone else. We left on good terms and i genuinley thought maybe hes changing for the best... he then calls me saying he watched a video i made of us and i told him how much i loved him.. he was upset crying and he asked me what i was upto... now today he says he wants tp sleep around he doesnt love me he wishes i was dead and had cancer.. and that i repulse him i dont know whats going on... can someone tell me what the hell is happening he says he was only nice to me because it was goodbye for good but if so why be all loving??
