Can stress about pregnancy give you pregnancy symptoms? Like nausea and back aches? I'm on birth control for five months but had unprotected sex three weeks ago when I was ovulating...is there anything to stress over???

Yes you can.as long as you take it as directed,  chances are low. And just so you know most birth control stops ovulation, (If not all) I wouldn't worry about it

You can make yourself have symptoms if you think your pregnant. I would suggest taking a test when you period was supposed to start if it comes back negative take another one a few days later if that's negative then your more than likely not. After you stop stressing about it your period will probably show up
