High risk OB verses OBGYN

So today I seen my high risk physician and was told to stop driving and limit my activities due to feeling faint and sometimes passing out , after I seen him I had appt with regular OB who told me to continue driving and doing activities and that he wouldn't put me on maternity leave because he feels I'm able to do both despite what high risk stated , I'm so confused and not sure what todo? The nurse told me just to quit my job
