Smelly belly

My belly button smells really bad, I shower every day and it has never smelt like this before. I have an innie and I was looking inside to see if I could see anything and there's a few crusty yellowish bits, and now there's a some liquidy stuff in there. I don't know if I might have scratched it and it's infected?? I don't know what to do, the smell is getting on my nerves. Please help, thanks in advance xx
