Been trying to diet for months🙈
Hey does anyone know what I can do to diet without having a carb comedown, if I don't have carbs every 3 hours or sometimes 2 I get dizzy🙈 I need to try and cut down my carbs but it's harder than it sounds 😁 I'm getting married in November and would to loose a stone or even half a stone would do me perfect!💕 I go on long walks I'm active & I work 3 days a week in a cafe but then when it comes to how I eat.. Iv started replacing like treats with fruit and I I drink just juice and water as that's meant to help your metabolism speed up but Iv lost ONE pound in the space of 3 weeks 😫 if anyone has any advice I would be sooo grateful!💕💕
