Call your doctor please. Just in case. Bright red fresh bleeding is always a justifiable call, if your doctor's office is closed call the hospital you're delivering at.

Might be just because you got checked, put a pad on and monitor it, I did the same thing the other day.

The bloody show should be bright red because it's your cervix dilating and blood vessels breaking.

That looks like a blood clot to me. I had those a lot with periods. Best to go get checked just in case. :/

Did they sweep you? I got a sweep yesterday and had a lot of bloody mucus.  No idea if it counts as a show. Does mean they stimulated your cervix! Mucus plugs are yellow and snotty, bloody shows are pink to red mucus,  so this could be a show but it could be a show resulting from a sweep. In the end I'm not getting my hopes up, 40+3.
