How are you ladies doing nipple stimulation?

Question

I've tried pumping, and rubbing my nipples in between my fingers and it just doesn't seem to do anything for me! 
How are you ladies doing it?

When I was pregnant with my 1st 15yrs ago my midwife told me to use hot rags! Get them as hot as you can and put them on your nipples 10 mins on, 10 mins off, I did that for like 4 hours and I was in labor the next morning, it may have also been because of sex!! Good luck!

I put a ton of lotion on one nipple, rub until I need more, repeat for 15 min each side. I did it once for an hour. Another time for 3 hours. Went to the doctors and was told I went from finger tip to a little over 2cm. So it helped dilate but I'm still pregnant. May try again but it's exhausting. If you're going to do it, set the timer and distract yourself with a really good movie. I watched all the twilight movies

I'm not sure it will get it started if things are not ready to get started... More to help when things are started to keep them going or if things quiet down once labor had started.

I'm waiting on the pump to arrive from
Insurance and then I'll pump 15 min on rotating sides for an hr and then see what happens. Trying that a cpl times a day

I've been pumping, but also bc I want to toughen up my weak naive nipples :) and to figure out how to use it.  And the colostrum is coming in much faster the more I pump (used to take ten min for a few drops,  now just 1 min). My Midwife said this is fine bc you need the hormones of birth and ample sucking to trigger the "liquid gold"  so to speak,  immunities and such.  So she didn't see it as wasteful,  just fyi.

And then just tweaking,  between my thumb and pointer finger. Mostly if I'm super bored.

So far neither has done much! But I'm a ftm so what do I know haha
