Thoughts? Test are still vvvv faint

I'm sure many have seen my posts I got this positive 2 nights ago and negs cheapies, today I done a fr and it was again vvvvf and so was boots bran any thoughts, I'm still shocked I'm preg even though it planned I'm freaking out please someone reply I need someone to chat to af is due tomorrow. I have a little creamy light brown off color cm and yesterday cramps and dark cm blood and then a gush if fresh blood like you would see after peeing with your period. Thank you
