Question for ladies who has had a mc..

When you got your first period after your mc, how did it look? How did you feel physically?! I normally have sore boobs and minor cramps. Started spotting this a.m. (brown like maybe old blood, no red at all) no sore breast and I started cramping after seeing the spotting. A little nervous ...don't know if I am ready for AF. I'm scared its going to refresh everything I just watched myself go through. 😢
