Getting close to AF

Im getting a little anxious with just a week away from AF. I have been having a lot of cramping on my left side and it feels like its intensifying today. I am also having random sharp pains in my cervix. I hope this isn't AF symptoms. Ever since I came off birth control on February 19th it seems my AF symptoms are all over the place so its hard for me to get too hopeful. Does anyone have any input on my chart? It took forever to get a positive opk and my temp to start rising. I know I need one more high temp to confirm ovulation.
