Please please please give feedback.

So I am so curious, I never got the chance to consult with my OB on this and I dont see him for another 2wks. So my first miscarriage happened at 11wks, I began bleeding. At 6wks I had an ultrasound and we saw the heartbeat etc so we figured we were safe. So the bleeding at 11wks started out as brown tinted discharge and continued for a day then I had an emergency ultrasound and the baby baby was completely gone, just a sac left, they gave me the meds and then I bled and miscarried for over a week. My question is how would the baby just be gone? Wouldnt I have begun bleeding sooner, like when its heart stopped etc because I dont see the baby vanishing in one day and what happens anyways to cause that, Id imagine Id start bleeding immediately? Im 8 1/2wks right now and constantly worry my baby is gone again even though I just saw it a week ago. Please let me know what you think/share experiences.
