TMI Has this happened to you?

Have had a cold the past few weeks n have had a couple of coughing fits. Problem was, twice I coughed so hard I wet myself. Only my OH was there n he said not to worry but it was sooo embarrassing that I couldn't help crying. Has this happened to any of you?

I threw up after eating dinner one night and peed all over myself, it literally soaked through my jeans and was pooling onto the floor. To add to it, I didn't even know I had to pee because I had just peed about 15 minutes before

Lol! Don't worry... you are not alone, in fact you are probably in a crowded room. 
I don't even need to cough hard, I just need to cough or sneeze and have a little pee in my bladder and I wet myself. 
The worse part is that I've been doing my kegels! 💪🏼

I've had a sinus infection this past week and I've had to change my pants and underwear at least 3 times each day when I cough... 😞
