Is my baby fine?

Okay, so earlier my nephew was acting up like crazy and talking back/ being sarcastic and yelling at my mom. I tried explaining to him that wasn't nice, but he took advantage and started acting worse so I told him to go to time out. He didn't and continued mocking my mom so I spanked him on his butt and sat him in time out. It all happened so fast though because he was testing my patience and now I'm worried about my baby for lifting him up. He's heavy, but I can't really say how much he weighs because I'm really not sure. He's 8 years old though. My mom freaked out about me picking him up and it's starting to make me worry as well... I didn't cramp or bleed and that happened around 3PM. Do you think I'm okay? I'm currently 22 weeks. TY in advance for any advice/ input!
