Late irregular periods

Ohkay so in the past year or so my period has changed I used to be able to time it like clock work but now I'll get it for like 3 days then won't get it for a month or 2 then get it horrible for 2 weeks and then not have it for another month and no doctor can give me an answer does anyone else have this issue or know what's up
