When did you go into labor

Question

My doctor is going away for 2 weeks and I'm nervous he won't be back in time, I'd hate to have a doctor I don't know deliver my baby. Just curious to see around what time is most common.

With my first, I was 39+3. I went in to be induced and was in early labor. I honestly didn't realize it because my contractions just felt like Braxton Hicks. I'm wondering when I'll go with this one. 12 weeks left!!!

I was induced with my first one at under a week before due date. The Dr. Wanted to go sooner, but my husband and i had an awful feeling... like being taken to slaughter. We were just full of dread so we chose to go a few days later. Induction took much longer than I expected and my daughter was born with seconds to spare. The c-section team was prepped and my bed wheels unlocked. My husband didn't get to cut the cord. It was thin and broke on its own as my daughter was born. She had pooped, but thankfully didn't inhale any meconium. Ultimately, everything was fine, but my husband and I have wondered what that awful feeling was and if our labor story would've been different. I'm hoping to actually go into labor on my own with this baby, but time will tell.

I was induced at exactly 40wks for medical reasons. I went in for induction 0cm dilated and no contractions or BH what so ever. Even after induction I didn't have regular contractions, DD was born via c-section

First baby 10 days past due and second baby 6 days past due. Most first time moms go a week over.

Had a doctors appointment on my due date. She was breech and I was told my amniotic fluid was too low for us to wait it out till I went into labor. I was told she didn't have enough left to survive any longer. It was possibly due to a small leak. I went straight to the hospital after that & I  had an emergency c-section on the exact date my daughter was due. Aug/25/2010

My first baby was born 38 weeks. Have a feeling this baby will be 2weeks early as well!

My first pregnancy was really unassuming as I leaked amniotic fluid from 9th week, was placed on bed rest from then till my baby couldn't take it anymore and pushed to come out at 32weeks although with C-S as she was breech.
This second, 35 weeks and still counting.
