ER visits and pain

Spent about 4 hours in the ER this morning. Woke up to horrific cramps, and I was in the most pain I have ever experienced. After about 45 minutes of rolling around moaning in pain, my husband took me to the ER. Lost of tests, but what I was told is that my uterus and ligaments are stretching, and it just hurts me more than most. Ugh. Did get an ultrasound and looked at my ovaries, and confirmed I'm 5w5d. Just wish I would have had a better answer. Anyone else been in pain like that? I was terrified something was seriously wrong.
