Over heating at night

Just wanted to see if this is normal. I'm a FTM and 36 weeks pregnant. At night I literally wake up sweating so bad that I almost can't breathe. I have dreams that I'm burning in a furnace lol 😳. I keep my house cool and fan on high so it's really not hot but I get so over heated that I shower in a cold shower multiple times a night. Any one else? Is this normal? Worried about it effecting my baby. Can she over heat as well when I do? Thanks!!
