Boundaries with mil and sil

How do you set boundaries with your mother and sister in laws when your husband won't back you up because that's his family? They are trying to do everything for us. I mean it's nice that we have the help, but we have no say in anything. I want one thing and they want another so we have to do what they want. If I say anything to them directly, it turns into 'she won't let us do anything for the baby'. Every decision we have to make, he has to ask his family what they think first. To make matters worse, they only live 5 minutes away from us...his choice. I know they are just trying to help and make me less stressed, but I don't like it when people do things for me without me asking, so this is stressing me out and I have no idea what to do. They can't take a hint either...I've tried.... Any thoughts?
