Supplements, vitamins, pills, oh my!
If you take alot of pills like vitamins and supplements etc how do you keep organized and actually remember to take them especially the ones that require 3 times a day? I got fertilaid for me and fertilaid for my husband, prenatal for me, dha for me, maca for him, and etc. Its so hard to keep track of which ones to take when and remembering if we took them and on and on. I guess a pill organizer for the week would help but some look alike and it gets so confusing sometimes. Bleh how do u ladies stay on top of it?
