No sex 😢

I'm hurting so bad ! Thinking of leaving my husband but I need some advice or opinions !!!!! My husband and I have been married for 1 year , been together for 7 years bf/gf . We use to have sex all the time when we were 18 19 years old , now I'm 25 and he's 24 ... We are still so young but we hardly ever have sex. We've been trying to get pregnant for the last year but it's impossible because we hardly ever have sex. Last month we did it once !!!! ONCE! I've told him multiple times that he needs to start initiating the sex because I always seem to be the one who has to start it or say something to get things going. I've grown tired of this problem. He says he can't start it. It feels weird for him to initiate it. I'm so tired of having this problem! I want a baby so bad , desperately but I know it won't happen because of this issue. So I've gotten to the point where it's just time to move on because number 1 he won't talk with me about the issue, and number 2 I am so hurt and emotionally stressed with this issue. I don't know what to do. Please help. Should I stay and work things out somehow or leave him. ??
