Spitting/throwing up frequently

My 9 day old baby boy keeps throwing up a lot. I burp him every ounce of breast milk he eats but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It seems like he throws everything right back up. Any advice or similar situations where I can get some advice. He had a doctors appointment this morning and everything was fine and he was keeping his milk down fine but now its just not stopping. He keeps producing poopy diapers and throwing up way too often and just won't stop crying. Any advice would help. Please. I don't know if I should take him to an emergency pediatrician or if its normal for this to happen. This is my first baby and I'm so incredibly worried
