Sore clit and surrounding skin

Alright here goes.....I play rough on my clit. We have sex n I masturbate a good good amount. So usually if I play on my clit 2+ times a day I get fairly "raw" on the skin there. So last weekend me n my fiance were having sex and I was playing with my clit and was going rough as usual but not like more than usual. Anyway that was sat n this is Monday and i went to play and their is skin missing (like raw red spots still) and I still cant touch without alota pain. Has this happened to anyone else? We're a lil worried.
